Starting as an Independent IT Contractor

here’s a slideshow for a presentation that I made a couple of years ago. It’s still relevant, with only minor changes so far:

now a single person can start an AG company in Switzerland (previously 3 persons were required)
GoDaddy.com is not any more a recommended domain hosting (the SOPA thing)
